Making ice cream has been a fun hobby for me for the past couple years. Now I think it's time to take it to the next level. This is where you come in. We'll call this Community Supported Ice Cream (CSI).
I'm currently churning pints of my "Scoop-A-Cabra" ice cream with my trusty ice-and-rock-salt machine, but hope to upgrade to a larger machine one day.
These pints will be available through my email list for pick-up in East Nashville. Right now I can only offer pick-up service, but my hope is to add delivery in the near future.
Most of my ice cream is a special blend of goat and cow milk, and I have vegan options as well.
I'll be making a limited number of pints for each flavor, and will send out an email when new flavors are available.
